When I stepped into the Marketing & Creative Director role, Tender Greens was a 9-figure hospitality brand operating 26 locations. While the brand had strong product integrity and regional traction, it lacked structured marketing systems designed to consistently acquire new customers and optimize retention.

Customer acquisition efforts were fragmented. The loyalty app was under-leveraged. Visibility on third-party delivery platforms was increasingly competitive. Expansion initiatives lacked repeatable marketing infrastructure.

The brand had strong fundamentals — but needed scalable growth architecture.
